Residential Gutter Cleaning is Our Bread and Butter
We built our business doing residential work, and we still do it every single day. From small homes in town to large properties in the hills, we’ve cleaned gutters on just about every type of house in Lane County.
This is our bread and butter—what we’re known for. We show up, get the job done safely, cleanly, and without cutting corners. Whether it's a once-a-year cleaning or you're on one of our service plans, homeowners count on us to keep their gutters flowing and their property protected.
commercial Gutter Cleaning for All Types of Properties
We also handle a high volume of commercial gutter work. That includes everything from multi-unit apartment buildings and office parks to churches, storage facilities, and small industrial shops.
We know property managers, facility leads, and business owners don’t want to babysit contractors. We show up on time, document the work, and provide clean invoices so you’ve got everything you need for your records.
Whether it’s a one-off clean or scheduled maintenance, we handle commercial properties with the same attention to detail we give our residential customers—just scaled to meet the needs of bigger jobs.
Step 1 – Inspection & Roof Debris Check
Every gutter cleaning job starts with a full inspection. We assess the condition of your gutters, roofline, and access points to figure out the safest and most efficient way to do the job. We also check the roof for heavy moss, pine needles, and other debris. If your roof is covered, we’ll blow it off first to prevent that debris from washing straight back into your freshly cleaned gutters.
Step 2 – Hand Cleaning the Gutters
We hand-clean the entire gutter system, working our way around the house. If your gutters are packed with wet leaves, pine needles, or moss, we scoop everything out by hand or with specialized tools. In cases where years of compost-like buildup is dragging your gutters down, we remove all that heavy material with extra care. No matter the condition, we don’t stop until the system is clear from end to end.
Step 3 – Final Walkthrough & Cleanup
Once your gutters are clean, we do a full walkaround to make sure nothing was missed. Then we do a full property cleanup—porches, patios, flower beds, driveways—everything gets blown off and left looking better than before we arrived. We bag or haul off all the gutter debris so nothing is left behind.
We don’t just make your gutters look good—we make sure they’re actually doing their job. Our team is fully insured, highly reviewed, and we treat every home like it’s our own.
If your gutters are full, there’s a good chance your roof needs to be cleaned before we even get to them. We can handle that too. If you want more info about our roof cleaning process, just click the button below.
If your roof has moss, gutter cleaning alone won’t fix the problem. We offer full moss removal and treatment to stop growth at the source and protect your roof long-term. Click below to learn more.
How Often Should You Clean Your Gutters?
Gutter maintenance isn’t one-size-fits-all. It depends on your property and what’s around it. At Windfall Services LLC, we offer flexible gutter cleaning plans throughout Lane County, Oregon—because every home is different.
Is your home surrounded by trees—maples, firs, pines, or oaks? If you’re constantly dealing with falling debris and clogged gutters, you’ll want a seasonal maintenance agreement. We can set up a cost-saving plan where we come out three times a year to keep things flowing and prevent water damage.
Only have one or two trees near the house? You’re probably fine with an annual gutter cleaning in the fall, before the rainy season hits.
If you have little to no tree cover and the only issue is roof granules or compost buildup, you may only need service every 2–3 years. These are all situational and can change based on weather, roof type, and your gutter system.
A good rule of thumb:
Go outside during a heavy rain and take a look.
Are your gutters overflowing?
Are your downspouts backing up or not draining at all?
Do you see water pouring over the edges instead of flowing down?
If so, it’s time to give us a call. Ignoring these signs can lead to roof rot, damaged fascia boards, and costly repairs.
Let us help you figure out a maintenance plan that fits your property, your budget, and your peace of mind.
