Some repairs and contracting come naturally in our industry.
Things like replacing gutter brackets, resealing gutters, installing gutter guards, and installing permanent lighting are services we handle regularly and feel confident doing in house.
Other types of work don’t come as naturally, and we’re honest about that.
Windfall Services holds a General Contractor license, which means we can legally hire subcontractors when the situation calls for it. That said, we don’t believe in being a company that does everything and ends up being good at nothing. We’re very selective about the projects we take on and the contractors we work with.
We have a small group of contractors we trust with our reputation, and when we do bring them in, we work closely with them from start to finish. We don’t take on projects unless we’re 1000% confident in our ability to manage the work and deliver a quality result.
Our goal isn’t to take every job that comes our way. It’s to make sure the jobs we do take on are done right.
